Avatar Match is for anyone looking for meaningful connections: singles seeking compatible partners, professionals building teams, people looking for event companions, or anyone tired of superficial matching apps. Both Individual and Company accounts are available depending on your needs.

Sign up with your email, complete the psychometric tests (takes 20-30 minutes), and your AI avatar will be created automatically. Then you can start exploring matches, joining events, or creating projects. The free plan includes basic features to get you started.

Your AI avatar is a digital representation of your personality, created from validated psychometric tests. It captures your traits, values, communication style, and preferences across 16+ dimensions. This avatar can interact with others, helping you preview compatibility before meeting in person.

You'll take the HEXACO personality test (measuring honesty, emotionality, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness) plus complementary assessments for values, interests, and communication style. All tests are based on peer-reviewed psychology research.

The full test battery takes 20-30 minutes. We recommend completing it in one session for accurate results, but you can save progress and return later if needed. Take your time and answer honestly for the best matches.

Yes, you can retake tests anytime from your profile settings. We recommend waiting at least 6 months between retakes, as personality is relatively stable. When you retake tests, your avatar updates automatically and you'll need to recreate any assistants based on the old version.

When you receive a match, you see their personality summary and compatibility analysis, but not their real name or photo. You can chat through avatars first. Only when both people click 'Reveal Identity' do you see each other's full profiles. This removes appearance bias and focuses on genuine connection.

Once both people reveal identities, you can see full profiles, exchange contact info, and coordinate meetings. The platform provides safety tips and recommendations for first meetings. You stay in control of what information to share and when.

The Event Map shows local events where you can meet compatible matches in person. Filter by event type, compatibility score, and location. RSVP to events and see who else is attending. It's a safe, natural way to meet people with built-in conversation starters.

Projects & Teams lets you build compatible teams for work projects, startups, or collaborations. Define your project, specify needed roles, and our AI searches for candidates with the right personality fit. You can run AI simulations to test team dynamics before sending invitations.

Individual accounts can create up to 3 active projects with 50 simulations/month - perfect for freelancers or small teams. Company accounts have unlimited projects and simulations, plus advanced features like detailed export reports and priority support. Upgrade anytime from settings.

Simulations let you have conversations with candidate avatars before inviting them to your project. Test how they'd handle scenarios, communicate under pressure, or align with team culture. Each simulation uses the candidate's real personality data to provide realistic interactions.

After team members interact with a candidate's avatar, everyone provides feedback. Our AI analyzes sentiment, flags concerns, and determines if there's consensus to invite. This ensures all voices are heard and reduces hiring mistakes. You can adjust the consensus threshold in project settings.

Once your team reaches consensus on a candidate, you can send an invitation via email. Candidates receive a professional invite with project details and can accept or decline. Internal team members (existing users) receive in-app notifications. Track all invitation statuses in your project dashboard.

Tokens are units of AI computation. Every AI operation (matching, simulation, conversation, event search) consumes tokens based on complexity. You can purchase token packages or get included tokens with subscriptions. Token usage is transparent - see detailed breakdowns in your usage dashboard.

We offer a Free tier with 3 projects and limited simulations, Starter plan ($29/month) with 50 simulations, Professional ($99/month) with 200 simulations, and Enterprise (custom pricing) with unlimited everything. All paid plans include personal matching, full test library, and priority support.

Yes, cancel anytime from billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then switches to the Free plan. No refunds for partial months, but you keep any unused token balance.

Refunds within 14 days of subscription purchase if you haven't used the included tokens. Token purchases are non-refundable once used. Contact support@avatarmatch.app for refund requests with your reason. We process refunds within 5-7 business days.
